Monday's night's tweets were the latest in a back-and-forth between Kanter and Booker that dates back to January 2017, when the veteran big man celebrated New York's win over the Suns with his trolling "Hold that L" tweet directed at Booker.
Booker was ejected from that game after shoving Kanter.
