Incoming Knicks point guard Derrick Rose has gone on the offensive against an ex-girlfriend accusing him of gang rape — calling her the “sexual aggressor” in the incident and asking a judge to fine her, according to new court documents.
“Really scorched-earth legal tactics by the new team leader,” sports-law expert Daniel Wallach noted to The Post.
Rose’s unusual move comes after a California judge OK’d the woman’s $22 million civil suit against him for trial in October.
The accuser, identified as Jane Doe in court papers, says Rose and two friends drugged and gang-raped her in 2013.
