GREENBURGH — Maybe someday soon the Knicks will rely on the play of itst trio of rookies Kevin Knox, Mitchell Robinson and Allonzo Trier. But after two games in the starting lineup for the three, Knicks coach David Fizdale said he might be shuffling the lineup again Tuesday.
The Knicks, in losing their fifth straight game Sunday, gave up 44 first-quarter points. Fizdale would like to raise the ability of the youngsters to defend, avoid foul trouble and perhaps most troubling, prod lottery pick Kevin Knox to play at full throttle for the entire game.
Fizdale removed the other two rookies — Robinson and Trier — from the lineup to start the second half Sunday in Orlando and now said he might make changes again.
