BOSTON — While Frank Ntilikina waits not so patiently for his turn back on the floor and Kevin Knox hopes for an ascension to the starting lineup, the Knicks kept their starting lineup intact for the ninth straight game.
While they have won four of the eight games entering Thursday’s meeting with the Celtics, the odd addition to the lineup has been Mario Hezonja — who did not even get on the floor for a minute in the two games before this change.
