David Fizdale already has a plan for Knicks’ new point guard

The Knicks may remain shorthanded Sunday against the Grizzlies. Newcomers Wesley Matthews, DeAndre Jordan and Dennis Smith Jr. have still not been cleared to practice or play in games, as the physicals in the blockbuster Kristaps Porzingis trade with the Mavericks are still being finalized.

Fizdale is looking forward to coaching Smith, the second-year point guard averaging 12.9 points, 4.3 assists and 3.
