Carmelo sick of trade chatter: ‘Hell no’ not bailing on Knicks

Carmelo Anthony said he won’t look for an exit strategy this season if the Knicks’ fortunes go south. Anthony said, contrary to popular belief, he is done with “second-guessing’’ his decision to re-up with Phil Jackson.

After Anthony re-signed a five-year deal in July 2014, he admitted he was willing to be patient with the Knicks’ progress — but only to a point. But Anthony in recent days has indicated he still is feeling patient despite Phil Jackson’s underwhelming free-agent haul and the selection of a potential project in 7-foot-3 Kristaps Porzingis with the fourth pick in the draft.
