Over the past year, Carmelo Anthony has made a number of contributions to his community. Between his visiting teenage inmates at Rikers Island and handing out turkeys on Thanksgiving, Anthony has consistently given back.
Anthony is expanding his efforts to other regions of the country.
Anthony, along with close friends LeBron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Chris Paul of the Los Angeles Clippers, are making a concerted effort to help those around the country. That includes addressing the tragedy that’s plaguing those living in Flint, Michigan.
