Knicks star Carmelo Anthony readily admits he talks to teammates about “choices, decisions and consequences.”
But after two separate police-blotter incidents involving two 24-year-old teammates, Cleanthony Early and Derrick Williams, Anthony does not feel he should have to talk about what they should or should not do on their own time. Now, if teammates seek advice, that is another matter.
“No, I’m not going to put that pressure on me, not at all. I do what I can do. At the end of the day, we’re all grown, all grown men,” Anthony said Thursday after practice.
