As an 18 year-old international prospect that was, at one point, believed to be a potential draft-and-stash candidate going to a team filled with wing talent, Pacome Dadiet should have had little pressure heading in to this year’s Summer League. But between Knicks fans naturally having high expectations and many of us being prisoners of the moment, a lot of eyes have still been on the Knicks rookie.
Now, for the most part, fans just want to see glimpses of what Dadiet is capable of. And while there’s been some things to like, there has also been very clear weaknesses that show why Dadiet fell to the Knicks and why he’s been labeled as a raw project.
