The New York Knicks missed out on numerous big-name free agents this summer. They could’ve signed superstars such as Kawhi Leonard, Kevin Durant, and Kyrie Irving. However, none of these potential deals worked out.
Thus, the Knicks went the alternate route and signed numerous veterans to short-term contracts. One such individual is Bobby Portis. Speaking with Joshua M. Hicks of We Are Regal Radio, Portis explained the work ethic of this current Knicks squad.
“[New York] is different but life is all about making adjustments,” Portis said. “I’ve been doing that my whole life making adjustments from team to team.
