Best: Rose makes Knicks way more interesting

We will not know for some time how much better the Knicks are — or are not — compared to last season. But we do know this already: They are way more interesting, perhaps nowhere more so than at point guard.

Greetings, Derrick Rose and Brandon Jennings! They made their regular-season home debuts as Knicks on Saturday night, and in Rose’s case his home debut in any sort of game.

Fans took note, welcoming Rose with as loud an ovation as any starter received before the Knicks’ 111-104 victory over the Grizzlies.
