Over the last couple of seasons, we’ve seen the Knicks be relatively tame at the trade deadline. Aside from the Cam Reddish trade two seasons ago and his eventual flip for Josh Hart, Leon Rose has been rather silent. Despite this, we could see Rose ramp up his aggressiveness to capitalize on the Knicks’ potential championship window.
If this becomes the case, we could see some high-profile Knicks players be shipped off. With limited cap space in coming seasons, trades are likely the only way we see New York acquire superstar-level talent. Depending on how things go this upcoming season, there’s a good chance that some star players will become available.
