The New Orleans Pelicans (six percent) jumped from 7th to the top overall pick, while the Knicks (14 percent) fell to third. The Memphis Grizzlies (6 percent) went from 8th to the third slot, while the Los Angeles Laker (2 percent), moved up from the 11th slot to the fourth overall pick.
