The NBA Draft is over and the New York Knicks have turned their complete attention to the start of free agency on July 1st. The Knicks have cap space and will try to add at least one more big name this offseason. They've already swung a trade for Derrick Rose, but now need to fill out the rest of the roster. Here are all the latest Knicks rumors and news and you need to know.
Knicks To Get Meeting With Durant?
The Knicks have yet to secure a meeting with free agent-to-be Kevin Durant, but Frank Isola thinks the team will end up with one.
You really think Kevin Durant's agents, who seemed to be hanging around MSG all season, are not granting them a meeting? Come on.

However, getting a meeting and landing Durant are two very different things. While trading for Derrick Rose might help the Knicks' chances, it's still a long-shot at best. The Thunder remain the favorite for Durant, with the Warriors and Spurs the top challengers.
Lin Interested In Returning?
Linsanity hasn't been a staple in New York since 2012, but the guard is open to a return to New York.
"It's not looking likely, because they just traded for Derrick Rose," Lin said. "But I will say that ever since I left, I've always been open to going back and I still am. Never say never, that's the one thing in the NBA, never say never. So I've always been open, but right now, I'm not sure if it's the best timing. But if it happens, it happens."
Lin could be a solid sixth man for a team that has little on the bench at the moment. However, like Lin said, don't expect him back in New York this year.
Noah And Knicks?
The Knicks want Joakim Noah, and it appears that interest is mutual. The New York Post reports Noah "eager for at least a sitdown with the Knicks." The Knicks have a huge hole at center with the trade of Robin Lopez in the Rose deal, and adding Noah would reunite him with Rose. The Knicks have the money to pay Noah, and they're closer to winning than some of the other teams that could be interested. One of the other threats for Noah are the Minnesota Timberwolves, coached by former Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau.
