Tim Hardaway Jr. is ready for his second stint with the New York Knicks.
The Atlanta Hawks have chosen not to match the four-year, $71 million offer sheet he signed with New York, clearing the way for him to join the Knicks, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

New York's offer was over $20 million more than what Atlanta had previously offered (and were willing to give) Hardaway.
Hardaway has a player option for the fourth year of the contract and the deal, which will pay him $16.5 million next season and gradually increase to $19 million in that last year, includes a 15 percent trade kicker. That means if the Knicks were to trade him at any point over the next four years, his salary would increase by 15 percent.
These measures were included to ensure that the Hawks would not match the offer since Hardaway was a restricted free agent.
New York renounced Derrick Rose's contract in order to have enough cap space for this deal.
Hardaway, who spent the first two seasons of his four-year career with the Knicks, averaged 14.5 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game while shooting a career-high 45.5 percent from the field last season.
