In one corner, you have Bill “The Hoodie” Belichick with 223 career wins, four Super Bowl titles, six conference titles, about to take the Patriots to their seventh straight appearance in the playoffs and 12th in 13 years. In the other, you have Todd Bowles with 11 career wins and fighting for his first playoff appearance in his first full season.
It certainly looks like a coaching mismatch on paper in this week’s Jets-Patriots game, but the way Bowles’ players speak about him, you’d think he has a chance to be another Belichick.
