In all likelihood, Geno Smith's last snap with the Jets will go down as a sack that resulted in a season-ending injury.

On Monday, MRI results revealed a torn ACL in Smith's right knee, a source close to the situation confirmed to NJ Advance Media. While Smith will get a second opinion on Tuesday, his season is likely over.
