The NFL season is officially underway.
Football fans from the Metropolitan area have to quickly forget about last season, and move onto this upcoming football season because last year was a nightmare for New York Giants and New York Jets fans.
The Giants finished 3-13 last year, by far their worst record in franchise history. Luckily for the Giants, they landed the number two pick in the 2018 NFL Draft and selected Penn State running back Saquon Barkley, who is expected to play a vital role for Big Blue this upcoming season.
The Jets weren't much better, as they finished 5-11, and after trading up in the draft, they acquired USC product and potential franchise quarterback of the future Sam Darnold.
