Hansen was one of the offense's biggest disappointments during training camp. The hope was that he would take a step forward after a quiet rookie season; instead he was borderline invisible for week-long stretches. Add in the emergence of some other wide receivers, like Tre McBride, and Hansen is now in danger of losing his spot, depending on how many wide receivers the Jets opt to keep. He needs to show the ability to get open and display some sure hands on Friday night to start climbing out of this hole.
Peake is basically the reverse of Hansen – he's one of the wide receivers that has made a nice move up the ranks during training camp.
