The Jets were without C.J. Mosley for four games, and it appears likely they’ll be without their standout inside linebacker some more.
Mosley returned from a groin injury against the Patriots on Monday night, but didn’t look like himself. He wasn’t moving around well in the game and Jets doctors are still doing a “deep dive” into potential other health issues that have arisen.
“They’re still trying to evaluate and going through a deeper dive,” coach Adam Gase said on Thursday. “They’re still doing everything they can to get some answers.”
Gase believes the Jets will be able to offer some clarity by Friday on Mosley, who has yet to practice this week.
