The Jets are a flawed football team. That should come as no surprise, given the team's 5-11 record in each of the past two seasons. But Thursday night's crushing 21-17 loss to the Browns showed it loud and clear and pointed out some of the Jets' current deficiencies.
So what is it, exactly, that's holding the Jets back? And how can they fix it moving forward? They'd better hope so, given a Week 4 meeting with one of last season's AFC finalists, the Jacksonville Jaguars, looms next Sunday.
The Jets took six penalties for 55 yards against the Browns – but that stat only includes the penalties that were accepted.
