BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — Steve Spagnuolo has studied Kirk Cousins plenty during the past three years when the two faced off in the NFC East.
The former Giants defensive coordinator said Wednesday that Cousins is a dangerous quarterback who should intrigue teams in free agency.
“I have a great deal of respect for Kirk Cousins,” Spagnuolo said. “I think he’s a great character guy. I know him a little bit. I always thought he was a tough quarterback to defend. He’s one of those quarterbacks that will challenge you because he can make changes before the snap of the ball.
