The Second trailer for Will Smith's film 'Concussion' focusing on the NFL's struggle with concussion and the brain disease CTE was released on Friday. It likely won't sit well with the NFL or commissioner Roger Goodell.

In the film, Smith plays Forensic pathologist Dr. Bennet Omalu who was among the pioneers in discovering CTE after examining the brain of Hall of Famer Mike Webster following the former Pittsburgh Steeler's death.

Goodell is played by Luke Wilson and will play a prominent role in the film.
