PHILADELPHIA -- The Eagles just added another player to one of the deepest quarterback rooms in the NFL when, on Sunday, they signed former Jets quarterback Christian Hackenberg and waived/injured rookie offensive lineman Ian Park.
Hackenberg was drafted in the second round by the Jets in 2016 and was traded to the Raiders in May, who released him less than a month later.
Hackenberg joins Carson Wentz, Nick Foles, Nate Sudfeld and Joe Callahan in a crowded room.
He made his Eagles practice debut (watch the above video) at NovaCare Complex on Monday.
