Like so many NFL players, Henry Anderson had a busy offseason.
For starters, he had to move from Indianapolis to New Jersey after an April trade shipped him to the Jets. Then he had to learn a new locker room full of teammates, a new coaching staff, a new playbook and new terminology.
But one big thing separated Anderson from the average NFL player on the move: he had to lose, then re-gain, about 30 pounds.
Entering the offseason, the defensive end planned on getting quicker and lighter to better fit the Colts' new 4-3 defensive scheme.
