Add Trent Williams to the list of Jamal Adams’s relationships outside of the New York Jets.
The new San Francisco 49ers offensive tackle tagged Adams in an Instagram photo featuring the signing of his new restructured deal.
Williams, 31, was traded from the Washington Redskins to the 49ers this offseason in exchange for a 2020 fifth-round pick and 2021 third-round selection. The Jets were long rumored to be involved in a possible Williams trade considering the dire state of their offensive line over the last year.
In what seems to be an NFL transaction tradition, Williams posted one of the photos that was snapped during the signing session of his restructured deal with the Niners.
