JetNation was on the scene at the new location of the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE). Located in the Brookfield building next to the World Trade Center, ICE now has more to offer culinary students with more classrooms, and the latest machines and technology. ICE continued their partnership with the New York Jets to host Jets Cooking School, Tailgating Division, presented by Chase.
This past event taught Jets fans how to make sushi, dumplings, and tacos. Fans attend the station of their choice and learn from top chefs how to cook “the new game day food.” But they weren’t the only ones learning.
