PHILADELPHIA -- Perhaps the reason that Temple's Haason Reddick voluntarily showed up at a 6 a.m. workout for his former teammates the day after dominating the NFL Combine is he was afraid to fall sleep.
"I'm living in a dream," Reddick said, "and I don't have to wake up yet."
To understand why Reddick is afraid to pinch himself, consider that he thought his football career was over after injuries marred his final two seasons at Haddon Heights High School.
Then he was pretty much told it was over by former Temple coach Steve Addazio, who didn't see a future for the freshman walk-on defensive end.
