The biggest mystery of the spring surrounding the Jets is just how healthy quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is.
Jets coach Todd Bowles did nothing to clear that up Saturday when he was asked about Bridgewater, who is recovering from a devastating knee injury he suffered with the Vikings in 2016. Bowles was asked what Bridgewater will be able to do when the Jets begin full spring practices (OTAs) on May 22.
“Like every other quarterback, I expect him to throw,” Bowles said. “I expect him to be out there throwing and competing with everybody else.”
Well, it is not a shock that Bridgewater can throw.
