Ndamukong Suh has once again escaped league discipline this season.

After Suh appeared to have kicked Jets quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick's head on Sunday, NFL spokesman Michael Signora confirmed that the play was reviewed. The action was deemed inadvertent and Suh will not be disciplined.

Suh, who has history of league discipline and a reputation as a dirty player, chased Fitzpatrick on a scramble and as his momentum took him out of bounds, he kicked the quarterback, knocking Fitzpatrick’s helmet off as he dove out of bounds.
