ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — There were two glaring concerns for the Jets’ defense coming out of Thursday’s 37-31 victory over the Bills.
One was what coach Todd Bowles called a “busted play” — a 71-yard touchdown pass early in the third quarter to former Jet Greg Salas, who was somehow completely uncovered.
The other may be a little more concerning.
That was the 84-yard rainbow Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor dropped into the hands of wideout Marquise Goodwin early in the game, which gave Buffalo a quick 7-3 lead.
That one came at the expense of Darrelle Revis.
