FLORHAM PARK, N.J. — Jets quarterback Sam Darnold’s right foot is in a walking boot as the team holds its first practice of the week.
The extent of Darnold’s injury is not known at this time. Todd Bowles will address reporters after practice Wednesday.
But the rookie quarterback was injured in Sunday’s loss in Miami. Darnold said afterward that he got dinged up, but he was able to finish the game.
Darnold did take a beating in what was his worst game of the season. He threw four interceptions in the Jets' 13-6 loss, their third straight.
