Was Chris Ivory, who ripped off a 58-yard run in the second quarter, taking an extended bathroom break?
Was he wandering aimlessly around the parking lot of Ralph Wilson Stadium?
For all of CBS’ cameras, microphones and mouths — which included Humpty Dumpty, er, a sideline reporter — couldn’t locate Ivory, the Jets’ power back.
Or even speculate why Steven Ridley was getting the bulk of the playing time at running back.
Maybe our logic is cockeyed, but throughout the season, Ivory was the Jet engine on the ground, setting up the air attack. It was Ivory who delivered, keeping the defense honest.
