New York Jets defensive tackle Quinnen Williams created a wave of excitement amongst fans by responding to a tweet that shared the news of the release of Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Fletcher Cox. Williams tagged the Jets’ Twitter account and bookended it with the infamously cryptic set of digital eyeballs.

NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reported that Cox is being released by the Eagles with a post-June 1 designation.
