QB Maty Mauk training for NFL in New Jersey after tumultuous career at Missouri

FAIRFIELD -- Maty Mauk knew his days were numbered with the Missouri football team before the video surfaced. But when a video of Mauk apparently snorting cocaine was posted to Twitter on Jan. 26, 2016, a tumultuous career at Missouri officially came to an end.

Mauk, who was dismissed from the team two days after the video went viral, was thrust in the national spotlight. But he has spent the past 14 months out of the public eye.

First, Mauk transferred to Eastern Kentucky, a Division 1-AA program, for his final season of eligibility.
