Roger Goodell, the commissioner of the NFL, has been fining players for wearing pink and purple to raise awareness for Breast Cancer and Domestic Violence. As you could have guessed, this does not rest well with about all NFL fans. Not only would this be outrageous and unacceptable from any standpoint, but the NFL has a month dedicated to Breast Cancer Awareness! DeAngelo Williams, who has had multiple members of his family pass away to Breast Cancer, is being fined $5,787 for each game that he puts the words, “We Will Find A cure”, and a pink Breast Cancer ribbon on his eyeblack, which is hardly noticeable considering you are wearing a helmet.
