The turnover has continued on the New York Jets’ coaching staff.
In a pair of moves announced on Tuesday afternoon, the team lost two of their longest-tenured staffers to different teams around the league.
Quarterbacks coach Rob Calabrese, who has been with the team since head coach Robert Saleh was hired in 2021, accepted a job with the Los Angeles Rams as an offensive assistant, according to The Athletic’s Zach Rosenblatt.
The hiring reunites Calabrese with Mike LaFleur, who was the Jets’ offensive coordinator from 2021 to 2022.
QB coach Rob Calabrese is leaving the #Jets to be an offensive assistant for the Rams.
