The Todd Bowles era started with a 31-10 triumph over the Browns. In their first regular season game under Bowles, the Green & White finished 4 in the turnover margin department, the offense scored touchdowns on four red zone trips and the defense shut the Browns down in the second half. Also while the visitors committed 12 penalties, the Jets were charged with just four infractions. All in all – a good day.
“Enjoy the day, correct tomorrow and move on to Indy,” Bowles told his players in the locker room.
Watching the #Jets today, two things jumped out…better clock management, fewer penalties.
