It’s been a rough week for Jets safety Jamal Adams.
He’s been feuding with the team since finding out GM Joe Douglas listening to offers for him during Tuesday’s NFL trade deadline and everyone seems to have advice for how he should handle the situation.
That now includes OJ Simpson.
The former NFL running back-turned-ex-convict took to Twitter on Thursday — dressed as Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes — to dish out some words of wisdom for the rising 24-year-old star.
“Jamal, I know youre a little disappointed,” he said. “They told you you were the cornerstone and all of that, but you gotta understand: Johnny Unitas, Joe Namath, Peyton Manning, Brett Favre, Joe Montana, all of those guys were cornerstones.
