Observations from Jets' 2nd preseason game vs. Redskins | Sam Darnold's top targets, shaky 1st-team defense

The Jets were without 22 of their 90 players on Thursday night. The following notable players were on that list: safety Marcus Maye, tight end Chris Herndon, running back Trenton Cannon, cornerback Parry Nickerson, running back Isaiah Crowell, fullback Dimitri Flowers, right guard Brian Winters, left tackle Kelvin Beachum, nose tackle Steve McLendon, wide receiver Terrelle Pryor and wide receiver Quincy Enunwa.

The list of 22 also includes running back Eli McGuire, who remains sidelined by a broken foot.

Cornerback Jeremy Clark picked up a hamstring injury during the game and did not return.

Josh McCown didn't play on Thursday night, but Bridgewater looked good in the second half.
