On Monday, the Jacksonville Jaguars decided to part ways with wide receiver Marqise Lee and the NY Jets could be the beneficiaries.
The 28-year-old wide receiver is coming off a 2019 season that was cut short due to a knee injury and missed the entire 2018 season due to a knee injury as well. Lee hasn’t played a full season since 2017 where he had a productive year with 56 receptions for 702 yards.
Lee will definitely get some calls from teams in need of a wide receiver, but he won’t be a hot player on the market because of his recent injury history.
