The NY Jets will have an extra day of rest this week before their Week 9 matchup with the New England Patriots on Monday Night Football. And it seems as though they’re going to need it.
Head coach Adam Gase spoke to reporters prior to Thursday’s practice and he indicated that a number of players would be held out including the likes of Quinnen Williams, Jamison Crowder, and Sam Darnold.
