New York Jets rookie wideout Elijah Moore is beginning to blossom into the dangerous weapon that the team hoped he would become when it selected him with the 34th overall pick in the 2021 NFL draft.
Moore scored his first NFL touchdown on a rush attempt in Week 7. Over the following two games, he recorded back-to-back career-highs in receiving yards, following up a 67-yard outing in Week 8 with an 84-yard outburst in Week 9. Moore added two receiving scores in the latter performance, shining amidst the darkness of the Jets’ 45-30 loss to the Colts.
