At the NFL’s owner meetings, New York Jets owner Woody Johnson offered up the line of the day when asked about making the Davante Adams trade after starting 2-4.
“You know, thinking is overrated,” Johnson said. “You have to look forward. We have to look forward to the games we’re going to play each and every week and try to win all of them … you just have to go with your instinct and what’s the best thing to build a team.”
