New York Jets soon-to-be-enshrined Hall of Fame cornerback Darrelle Revis mostly keeps to himself. Aside from a visit to One Jets Drive that was memorialized on the ‘Flight 2022’ video series, Revis has largely stepped away from football.
Still, he comes back every so often to defend his own legacy. After engaging in a Twitter spat with former Bengals receiver Chad Johnson earlier this year, Revis now put out some controversial material about fellow enshrinee Joe Klecko.
Klecko said that at a Super Bowl radio interview, Revis made a comment saying that “Joe and I are the two best defensive players ever to play for the Jets” and that it’s cool they’ll be entering the Hall of Fame together.
