“I love Bryce Huff!”
That’s how future Hall-of-Fame pass rusher J.J. Watt responded to a question about why the New York Jets’ defense has been so good to start the 2023 season on “The Pat McAfee Show”.
“There’s a lot of good names on that defense,” Watt said. “There’s a lot of guys that can play a lot of great football. I think Bryce Huff coming off the edge, he’s got some great pass-rush moves, he’s got some incredible technical skills, and I know right now he’s got a ton of pressures, and maybe not the biggest sack numbers, but that’s a guy that’s been getting back there and making a lot of things happen, and maybe not getting as much shine as he deserves comparatively to the rest of the guys.
