The Jets have made their first quarterback move of this offseason.
After missing out on Kirk Cousins, who is heading to the Vikings, they re-signed last year's starter, Josh McCown.
He got a one-year contract worth $10 million, a league source confirmed to NJ Advance Media. McCown played on a one-year, $6 million contract with the Jets last season -- and wound up surprising many observers with how well he performed.
The Jets still have Christian Hackenberg and Bryce Petty under contract for 2018, but neither guy looks like a legitimate starter option. So the Jets are working on a contract with ex-Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater.
