A large crop of players is about to hit the market on Saturday afternoon, as all 32 NFL teams trim their rosters down to the 53-man limit. For the Jets, that could mean a chance to add a few pieces and bolster some weaknesses, either by signing veterans that get released or putting in a waiver claim on some younger players. By virtue of last year's record, the Jets sit sixth in the waiver order through Week 3 of this season, so they should have a decent chance at claiming any player on waivers that they want.
