In recent years, joint practices between NFL teams in the offseason have become quite common. Usually, these practices prelude preseason games between the two teams involved, although that’s not always the case.

It’s still early in the 2023 NFL offseason, but we may already have an idea as to who the Jets could play in the preseason this year.
According to Fox’s Greg Auman, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have inquired to the NFL about a joint practice taking place between themselves and the Jets in New Jersey before a preseason game.
