The New York Jets have reached another new and obvious low point. Their 40-3 shellacking at the hands of Jamal Adams and his Seattle Seahawks put the Jets on full display for all the wrong reasons this past Sunday.
Perhaps that’s what happens the week after giving up one of the most inexplicable touchdowns in recent football memory (the Henry Ruggs III MetLife miracle). Or, maybe Gregg Williams‘s firing was bound to turn one of the league’s worst defenses into the undoubted worst unit in football overnight.
